I’m the CTO at IMAN — building Uzbekistan’s Sharia-compliant fintech infrastructure from the ground up, and soon, proudly making the first ever Islamic Bank in Uzbekistan. Concurrently, I serve as Fractional CTO at OQ, helping companies scale engineering without the full-time overhead.

My career has taken me from SWE → Team Lead → Engineering Manager → VP/SVP → CTO. Along the way I’ve shipped mobile platforms, led cross-functional teams, navigated telco regulation, and designed systems that handle real financial load at scale.

What keeps me sharp: Cybersecurity (CEH-certified, OWASP Top 10, AppSec, DevSecOps), Solution Architecture & Design, and the occasional .rs & .ts side project at midnight.

I build things that matter in markets that most people haven’t thought about yet.

A proud father of four. A devoted Star Wars fan (yes, the Dark Side — order and efficiency). And a firm believer that life, like The Hitchhiker’s Guide, mostly makes sense if you bring a towel and don’t panic.
